International Muzik VS tradition muzik

Living daily life with the need and creation of the music, composers are trying hard o compile new rhythms and tunes to attract and satisfy human feeling. That's why we always hear music along the way in today world, and composers always do their best to explore new music art. However, for long time ago, people were interested in many kinds of music. During the celebration, music made people more enjoyable and relaxing, for it revealed on the ancient art. When group of people gathered together in the celebration, they danced with the sounds of music along with charming face.

Today we still wonder the great influence of music. Why people always desire music? music eases a person out of stress, anger, and frustration. For instance, when people feel sad and lonely, music is permanently the best friend to make them not bored anymore for certain times. Moreover, during the ceremonies, festivals or parties, guests would cheer up with great popular tunes of music.

Obviously, young hearted people now like to listen and dance with some fast and rock music, and additionally think that they do not like traditional music at all because it is too slow and soft. This it he negative mentality of youngsters. In contrast, traditional music of one country gives much importance of culture and social role for the country. The outside world knows a country through a unique of its music art.

In short, both international and traditional music gie people more enjoyable and cheerful life even though traditional music is crucial, for it demonstrates the particular country's cultures and traditions.

Music is a series of sounds made by instruments or voices in a way that is pleasant and exciting, according to Longman dictionary. Music is played in the party, the school, and at home with different types of music both traditional and international music. There are some reasons that traditional music of a country is ore crucial than the international music.

To begin with, there are some factors that people need music. First of all, people use music for entertainment. Most of people like to listen music in their free time. For instance, Markara, my friend almost always wears earphones and listen to his song in his MP3 player during his spare time.  Additionally, music experts can earn the money from his professionalism in music. Many singers become rich by contracting to record their voice to the song or advertisement. Last but not least, it is needed in many occasions. As we can see in the church, there is Christian song sung by  Christians. In the traditional wedding, Khmer traditional songs are sung with the traditional instruments. As well, in the party celebration, the fast track are run since the start up of the party. In short, music is used for entertainment, professionalism, and social usages.

In my opinion, traditional music of a country is more essential than international music for some reasons. First of all, every country has their own traditional music. To maintain their own music, each country should use more of their traditional music than international one. More than that, traditional music shows their culture to the world when they use it especially when they are abroad. for example, if Cambodians go to USA, they like to play traditional music like "Yike or Ayai." At least his roommate knows what his traditional music is. However, it does not mean that we do not use international music but in some cases and not to forget our traditional music. If the party celebrated by only the youth, international music should be used mixed with traditional music.

In conclusion, people can not live without music for music is for entertainment, making money, and social purposes. As we are Cambodian, we should not forget our traditional music and not wholly disregard the international music either.

Should we invest on Space program (Mars) ?

Innovation and exploration are essential in developed countries like the USA. Space program has been invested with a huge amount of money to continue. Some people consider that this spending is not proper and should be spent on other things. However, I disagree with this idea for some reasons.

First of all, such a research is able to comfort our life. To get an innovated thing, it needs much effort and money; therefore, in order to get a new research done as exploration at Mars, it may take much money. For instance, to get a magic call from phone, people have explored for many steps from the wire call from a short distance to the call via the Internet.

Moreover, there maybe more resources in Mars as it is a new planet that has not been taken benefits. Researchers have illustrated that there are a large quantity of water ice at poles and mid-latitudes which is potential to have water to use for human needs. Additionally, Mars is a terrestrial planet with a thin atmosphere and has seasonal cycles as the earth. In addition, soil is slightly alkaline that is a good land for plantation in the garden. To get that advantages, people need to put this effort.

Last but not least, research should be conducted in order to resolve the problem that we are facing right now. The earth now is full of disasters in almost every continents. the weather has changed due to the global warming and running out of forest. For instance, Thailand has suffered from the flood which affect many citizens' life.

However, some people think that it would be better to use that money on the earth problem right now. It might be true, but the government has the budget for immediate solutions for now. The saying is "No pain, no gain." If we do not sacrify now, we cannot get a better life than now.

To sum up, it is logical to take attention on Mars exploration as we will have comfortable life, get benefits from the new planet which has the similar atmosphere as the earth, and resolve the problems that we facing now. If Cambodia's government were able to have our own, research center, we would able to take advantages from this research.
